Most jewelry orders ship USPS.
Most art orders are shipped FedEx or UPS. Small framed prints are generally shipped by USPS Priority Mail.

Unframed limited editions will be shipped rolled for international orders.

Any customs or import duty charges upon delivery are solely the responsibility of the customer. Any subsequent carrier handling fees as a result of custom charges are also the responsibility of the buyer. Carlson Fine Art Studio has no control over these charges and we are unable to tell you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. For more information on current charges, please contact your local customs office. Estimated delivery timescales do not include any additional customs clearing times beyond our control.

Whether shipped from the studio or sold directly at an event, all of our artwork comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Once a piece is delivered to your home, you will have 30 days to examine it. If you wish to return the art, you may do so for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note shipping fees charged are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipment of artwork.

Your jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. Please contact us within 30 days should you feel a return is necessary at laura@lauraglenjewelry.com and we will work with you to begin initiating your return. 

REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Upon approval a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. It may take approximately 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund before the funds apply to your account. 

GIFT CERTIFICATE REFUNDS: Partially used gift certificate balances cannot be refunded. Unused gift certificates can only be refunded to the original purchaser in the original form of payment within the first 14 days of purchase. Original paintings are one-of-a-kind, a work of art created on a blank Belgian linen using oil paints of the finest quality. Each brushstroke is carefully applied by hand, and the layers and textures can be seen, and even felt on each canvas. Each original work of art has a quality and an expression all its own.

My original paintings are digitally scanned, to create high-resolution images for our limited edition, signed prints. These are numbered giclée reproductions on canvas. Giclée (pronounced zhee-klay) prints are the highest quality of reproduction available, capable of reproducing the sharpest details at the highest resolution with the vibrant color that I am known for in my work.

Each print is personally inspected, signed, and numbered by yours truly and includes a signed certificate of Authenticity.

Our exclusive limited editions are usually run in small batches of under 50 prints, so you can be sure yours will be something very special.

Many of my limited editions are available on either Premium Fine Art Paper or Archival Quality Canvas Giclée. While both are extremely high quality, canvas is much more durable and provides more framing options including a gallery wrap. The paper is a heavy stock matte finish and requires framing behind glass for maximum protection.
